1. Our Policy

MyJAVList respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. MyJAVList only publishes metadata (titles, film codes, release dates, and cover images) and does not host, stream, or distribute video content. We nonetheless respond promptly to valid takedown notices submitted under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) Article 16 notice-and-action mechanism, and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.

2. Filing a Notice

To file a valid notice, please provide: (a) a description of the copyrighted work or right you claim has been infringed; (b) the exact URL(s) on myjavlist.com where the material appears; (c) your contact information (name and email); (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. Use the form below or email us directly.

3. What Happens Next

Upon receiving a valid notice, we review it and, where warranted, remove or disable the reported reference from our catalog, typically within 24–48 hours. We may contact the notifying party for clarification if the notice is incomplete.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice using the same contact channel, including your identification of the removed material and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

MyJAVList will remove listings and, where applicable, suspend or terminate accounts found to be repeatedly associated with valid infringement claims.
