Match the network exactly

Crypto can move on different "networks" (rails). Sending on the wrong network can result in permanent loss of funds. The checkout page will tell you which network to use — typically one of:

✅USDC – Base or USDC – Solana — also fast and cheap

When withdrawing from your exchange, you must select the same network shown on the checkout page. If the checkout says "TRC-20" and you send via "ERC-20," the funds will likely be lost with no way to recover them.
